BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

·      Minimum 3\+ years of experience with the Walmart account as a Replenishment, Planning and/or Supply Chain Manager

·      Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

·

Strong

EXCEL skills: (you will need to pass a test provided by AVT)

Power pivot

o  Power BI

o  Formulas

·      Experience with solving Supply Chain issues and communicating resolution through data driven analysis

·      Know Retail Link and Scintilla applications (you will need to pass a test provided by AVT)

·      Good sense of prioritization and urgency

·      Must live in the Northwest Arkansas area

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Supply Chain Manager(SCM) you will have the opportunity to own retail and production planning from inception to execution to deletion. This includes both E-commerce and Walmart stores.

The SCM is a blended role of Planning and Replenishment for approximately 100 items between Domestic and Direct Import Channels.

We desire an experienced Planner and/or Replenishment Manager with excellent MS Office Excel skills to help you make data driven, actionable decisions.

Help us optimize Supply Chain efficiencies through improved production quantities, transportation, inventory productivity and 3PL warehouse functions.

Oversees accurate and timely order placement and forecasting that contributes to Replenishment in-stock goals. Review and report POS Replenishment orders and provide timely cancellations as needed.

You must have the ability to place SSO orders with multiple defined parameters.

Monitor and take action to correct any deficiencies with OTIF, SQEP, Walmart Forecasts and EDI.

Learn our 3PL’s Warehouse Management system called XPM.

You will help manage our 3PL by providing order guidance expectations and resolve other issues as they arise.

You will actively participate in internal Weekly Team Meetings and Monthly/Quarterly Walmart Touch Base meetings.

Provide Operations, Merchandise and Sales Teams with Weekly/Daily Reporting with root cause analysis and solutions.

Work with Walmart.com Team with accurate production forecast and follow up for Fulfillment Center needs.

Execute the complete item set-up process including SupplierOne inputs and the maintenance of items.

Provide AdHoc analysis as needed to resolve any issues as they arise.

Maintain and take ownership of actual unit sales to Plan and forecast in the form of

Ladder Plans

and how Replenishment can fill any opportunities.

You are responsible for our items from “cradle to grave”. The responsibilities in this document are fluid as sales conditions change and Walmart procedure/processes are updated.

Please know as daily/weekly/Monthly priorities change, you must be able to quickly pivot and change direction as well. Please be adept to adapt as multi-tasking abilities are a must.
