A dynamic and growing property management organization located in Oak Brook is seeking a polished and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join its team in a fully onsite capacity. This exciting opportunity offers a salary range of $50,000–$58,000, depending on experience level, along with free onsite parking and exceptional long-term growth potential within the company. This role follows a Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, with the possibility of an 8:30 AM start time, and is ideal for a dependable and professional individual who values punctuality, accountability, and being an integral part of a collaborative office environment. In this role, you will support a busy property management team through a variety of administrative, tenant-facing, and financial coordination responsibilities including managing spreadsheets, uploading invoices, handling correspondence, and serving as a polished first point of contact for tenants and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Support daily administrative operations for the property management team in a fast-paced corporate office environment
- Serve as a professional and responsive first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare, maintain, and update spreadsheets, invoices, reports, and financial documentation with strong attention to detail
- Upload invoices, assist with financial tracking, and support administrative accounting-related tasks as needed
- Manage a high volume of emails and correspondence while ensuring timely and professional communication
- Maintain organized office records, files, and operational documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate multiple priorities and responsibilities while contributing to a collaborative and professional office environment
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Previous internship, administrative, office, customer service, or corporate experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage financial and administrative tasks accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent fully onsite schedule
