Job Summary

Maple City Rehabilitation \& Nursing Center, a premier healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring exceptional patient care and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the facility, including patient care, staff supervision, and administrative tasks
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to improve overall quality of care and patient satisfaction
• Oversee staff training and development, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and other department leaders to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
• Analyze and report on facility performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and internal policies
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referring physicians, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience as an Administrator or relevant leadership role
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient care delivery, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in data analysis and presentation
