Job Description
Thrive is seeking a reliable Admissions Coordinator / Benefits Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting new patient admissions and ensuring benefits are verified and processed accurately.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake and admissions paperwork
- Verify insurance benefits and assist families with questions
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process
- Provide compassionate support and excellent customer service to patients and families
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in healthcare admissions, benefits, or insurance preferred
- Ability to work the set schedule (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, 12 PM - 10:30 PM)
