Our Client is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition across paid digital channels. This role will drive growth through performance marketing strategies across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google.

The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong creative instincts. They understand how to scale customer acquisition through high performing ad creative, creator partnerships, and data driven campaign optimization. This role will work closely with the brand and creative teams to translate our Client’s campaigns and storytelling into high performing digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy and Testing

  • Develop and execute creative testing frameworks to identify high performing ad concepts
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to translate brand campaigns into paid media assets
  • Test multiple variations of video, messaging, and formats across TikTok and Meta
  • Identify emerging creative trends and opportunities across digital platforms

Creator and Influencer Collaboration

  • Partner with creators and influencers to produce authentic content for paid media campaigns
  • Identify and source creators capable of producing high converting ad creative
  • Repurpose influencer and community content into scalable paid social assets
  • Build a consistent pipeline of creator led content for performance marketing

Performance Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale high performing ads
  • Generate insights and reporting to inform growth strategy and marketing investment

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with brand, creative, and growth teams to ensure campaign alignment
  • Support product launches and brand campaigns through paid digital amplification
  • Work with the ecommerce team to optimize the full customer acquisition funnel

Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 years experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media
  • Experience working with creators or influencers to generate ad creative
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of metrics including CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer brands preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth startup environment
