Job Title: Sr. Director or VP Product
Job Summary:
The Sr. Director/VP of Product is responsible for leading eHub’s product organization, product vision, strategy, and execution across our fulfillment and logistics technology platform. This role partners closely with Engineering, Operations, Revenue, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to deliver products that solve meaningful customer problems and drive measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with deep customer curiosity and operational awareness. This leader will strengthen eHub’s product discovery capabilities by building strong Voice of Customer feedback loops and increasing customer engagement across the product organization to ensure product strategy is grounded in real operational needs and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
Product Vision \& Strategy
- Define and champion eHub’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer needs, operational priorities, and company growth objectives.
- Balance near-term execution priorities with long-term platform evolution, innovation, and market opportunities.
- Lead product prioritization and investment decisions based on customer impact, operational value, and business outcomes.
- Maintain strong understanding of customer needs, industry trends, operational challenges, and competitive dynamics to help shape product strategy and differentiation.
Customer \& Market Understanding
- Develop deep understanding of customer workflows, fulfillment challenges, and operational pain points through direct customer engagement.
- Establish a strong culture of customer interaction and product discovery across the product organization.
- Lead customer-facing product discussions, workflow reviews, and product/UI demonstrations to better understand customer needs, validate product direction, and improve user experience.
- Build strong Voice of Customer feedback loops between Product, Revenue, Customer Success, Operations, and customers.
- Partner closely with Revenue and Customer Success teams to improve product positioning, adoption, retention, and go-to-market alignment.
Organizational Leadership \& Execution
- Lead and support eHub’s existing product organization across roadmap planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery.
- Foster strong collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, Revenue, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
- Lead and develop a high-performing product organization while fostering a culture of accountability, customer empathy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Help refine and strengthen product management processes, prioritization frameworks, and operational rhythms.
- Operate with a player-coach mentality — balancing strategic leadership with hands-on engagement when needed.
Qualifications
Required
- 10\+ years of experience in product management, product leadership, or related technology leadership roles.
- 5\+ years of experience leading and scaling product teams.
- Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmap execution for complex technology platforms or SaaS products.
- Experience leading customer discovery, customer research, and market-informed product strategy.
- Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Revenue, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Demonstrated success delivering customer-centered products that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Full-time on-site in Sandy, Utah office.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, SaaS, marketplaces, or operationally complex technology environments.
- Experience leading customer discovery, customer research, and market-informed product strategy.
- Strong understanding of product analytics, experimentation, KPI development, and customer behavior analysis.
- Experience scaling products and teams within high-growth technology companies.
