This role in summary

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead and expand the KitchenAid business across strategic retail, wholesale, and hospitality (HORECA) channels. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for high-priority national accounts, combining commercial vision with data analytics to drive consumer sales (sell-out), execute marketing strategies, and ensure brand excellence at the point of sale.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Manage and grow relationships with strategic key accounts across Retail, Wholesale, and Foodservice channels.
  • Negotiate and execute commercial agreements to secure premium positioning, promotional commitments, and achieve retail sales targets.
  • Monitor in-store sales performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to reach volume and revenue goals.
  • Design and execute commercial tactics at the in-store level, including promotions, incentive programs, and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Contribute to the regional sales forecasting process by providing accurate demand estimates for each account.
  • Analyze distributor performance and competitor activity to identify market trends and new business development opportunities.
  • Conduct margin and profitability analysis to support data-driven commercial decision-making.
  • Ensure all trade investments deliver a measurable Return on Investment (ROI) aligned with the company’s overall profitability and financial goals (P\&L).

Minimum requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional experience: 3\+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, or Sales roles within Consumer Goods or Small Domestic Appliances.
  • Languages: Advanced Spanish; intermediate to advanced English is required for regional reporting.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Proven track record of managing high-priority retail accounts in the Argentinian and Southern Cone markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial statements (Profit \& Loss).
  • Availability to travel within Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia as required.
