  • Map district needs across curriculum gaps, instructional priorities, and data usage to provide scalable, implementation-ready recommendations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by aligning product capabilities with instructional goals and supporting evidence-based decision-making.
  • Gather and share field insights with product and go-to-market teams to influence roadmap priorities and improve solution design.
  • Develop reusable assets such as demo frameworks, discovery tools, and proof strategies to support sales effectiveness and consistency.

Requirements

  • 5\+ years of experience in K-12 education, including curriculum, instruction, coaching, assessment, or academic leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of instructional practices and ability to connect teaching strategies to measurable student outcomes.
  • Experience with curriculum design, literacy instruction, or implementation of standards-aligned educational content across core subject areas.
  • Ability to translate complex educational challenges into clear, compelling narratives and solution-based recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with comfort in customer-facing, consultative environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, product, and customer success teams in a high-impact, fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with instructional differentiation, content-rich learning strategies, or assessment integration is highly valued.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $107,000 USD, plus variable compensation and incentive stock options.
  • Fully remote work environment with monthly technology stipend to support home office needs.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including medical coverage with employer contributions and HSA support.
  • Strong family support benefits, including parental leave, fertility assistance, and adoption support.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer match (401k) to support long-term financial planning.
