Palantir Dashboard Developer

We are looking for a

Palantir Dashboard Developer

to do end-to-end dashboard development and data analysis for our client, a large semi-governmental group in Dubai. This role requires strong experience in Palantir Foundry, data modelling, and building high-quality, business-focused dashboards.

This is a 12-month contract, renewable role in the organization and reports to the Manager of Information Technology in the IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, structure, and refine business requirements
• Translate business needs into data models and dashboard solutions
• Identify and assess relevant data sources within Foundry and external systems
• Perform data exploration, validation, and ensure data quality and accuracy
• Design and build interactive dashboards using Foundry tools (Slate, Workshop, etc.)
• Ensure dashboards are intuitive, visually clear, and aligned to business KPIs
• Develop and manage data pipelines, automation, and refresh mechanisms
• Integrate dashboards with workflows (alerts, triggers, actions)
• Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and large datasets
• Apply data governance, security, and access control best practices
• Continuously enhance dashboards based on user feedback

Knowledge, skills \& experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (Ontology, Pipelines, Code Repositories, Workshop/Slate)
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (for data transformation and automation)
• Experience with data modelling and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Proven track record of building impactful dashboards
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and KPI-driven reporting
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
• Experience in enterprise data environments; exposure to real estate, retail, or large datasets is an advantage
