Job Description

Jane Win is a boutique jewelry brand creating coin jewelry and charms with meaning, designed to connect deeply with the wearer. We sell directly to consumers through our website, partner with select wholesale accounts, and host regional pop-ups and trunk shows across the U.S. Our marketing is digital-first, with a strong focus on paid advertising, social media, and influencer marketing.

The Social Media, Influencer, and Brand Content Associate plays a key role in bringing Jane Win’s marketing strategies to life through engaging content and elevated campaigns across digital, social, and paid channels. This position is ideal for a creative thinker with a refined aesthetic and a passion for creating content. The candidate must have proven history of engaging audiences across all social channels through strategic storytelling and video content creation.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation

  • Capture and edit elevated video content daily for social and digital platforms with a willingness to be both forward-facing and behind the scenes.
  • Concept, produce and execute visual storytelling campaigns that highlight the meaning behind Jane Win pieces and support key marketing initiatives.
  • Develop omni-channel content strategies, including the consistent creation of dynamic assets, engaging videos, and motion graphics.
  • Assist with content creation during launches, events, photoshoots, and promotional moments.
  • Partner with Marketing Manager to test, analyze, and optimize creative for paid performance.
  • Stay current on trends across luxury, jewelry, fashion, and digital content, thoughtfully integrating relevant ideas into brand storytelling.
  • Maintain an organized library of brand assets and ensure content is formatted for each platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creatives (photographers, videographers, designers, editors) to produce platform-specific content.

Social Media

  • Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Support a cohesive, seamless omni-channel strategy focused on driving engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure all social content aligns with brand priorities, campaigns, and key product launches.
  • Report on content performance; share insights and best practices to inform future strategy.

Influencer Marketing

  • Develop long-term creator relationships that foster loyalty, advocacy, and ongoing collaboration.
  • Manage monthly influencer gifting and paid partnership campaigns.
  • Coordinate all product shipments for evergreen gifting and launch moments.
  • Maintain organized influencer lists, gifting logs, and content trackers.
  • Amplify key brand moments, events, launches, and campaigns through thoughtful influencer partnerships.
  • Draft, manage, and negotiate contracts for all influencer campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, talent managers, and agencies.

Team Collaboration and Support

Jane Win is a highly collaborative, hands-on team. Team members support one another across departments, especially during peak periods. Responsibilities may include assisting with custom engraving orders, picking and packing, trunk shows and pop-ups nationwide, showroom hosting, and general office support. This flexibility and shared commitment ensure we deliver excellence at every level of the brand.

Minimum Job Requirements, Skills, \& Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2\+ years of professional experience working in social media, influencer management, and content creation.
  • Must be comfortable being forward-facing in brand video content.
  • Understanding of social media content creation and design.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a point of view on emerging trends and innovative brand-building opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating content for luxury or consumer goods brands preferred.
