Weaving Operations Manager

A leading textile manufacturing company is seeking an Operations Manager with strong warping experience to oversee daily production operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilitie

• sOversee day-to-day manufacturing operations with a focus on warping and production efficiency
• .Manage production schedules to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
• .Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve operational goals
• .Monitor key performance indicators related to productivity, quality, safety, and waste reduction
• .Optimize warping operations and troubleshoot process-related issues
• .Partner with maintenance teams to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
• .Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
• .Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and company standards
• .Coordinate with planning, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to support production objectives
• .Prepare and review production reports and operational metrics

Qualificatio**

• nsBachelor's degree preferred in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related fiel
• d.4 - 6 years of experience in textile manufacturing operation
• s.Strong hands-on experience with warping equipment and processes is require

• t.Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and process improvement methodologie
