Job Description

Meet Affilial.com

We are building the #1 affiliate program management agency for B2B SaaS companies.

Most SaaS founders know affiliates could become a scalable, low-risk revenue driver.

The problem is they do not have the playbooks, relationships or systems to make it work. That is what we build.

We build and scale affiliate programs that actually drive revenue, not just signups. We are trusted by some of the fastest-growing SaaS brands in the US and EU.

We are growing quickly. That means things change fast. Roles evolve. Not every system is in place yet.

We thrive in that environment. We move with speed. We treat challenge as the cost of growth. We give sincere feedback and expect it in return. We act today instead of waiting until the end of the week.

If that is how you operate, you will fit right in.

Role

  • Your job is to deliver outcomes for our clients and help build the partner development systems that make those results repeatable.
  • You will scale affiliate programs for B2B SaaS companies. That means sourcing high-potential partners, recruiting them, and develop relationships with top performers.
  • You will work directly with the CEO. This is not a role where everything is already built. You will be part of building it.

Responsibilities

Partner recruitment

  • Continuously source new high-potential partners.
  • Use our systems to manage partner outreach and follow-ups.
  • Reply to engaged partners, hop on calls with those needed, and recruit them into the program.

Partner development

  • Develop strong relationships with top performing partners.
  • Proactively check in with high potential and top performing partners.
  • Support top performing partners when they require help.

Program optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (e.g. partner outreach volume, reply rate, partners recruited, affiliate revenue, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Proactively track partner performance to understand what factors produce results and what doesn't.
  • Collect feedback through surveys and partner conversations to refine our clients' programs.

What Success Looks Like

  • You have built and maintain real relationships with high-value and top-performing partners.
  • You've built a healthy recruitment pipeline, creating a consistent flow of new partners recruited to our clients' affiliate programs.
  • Client affiliate programs drive 10 to 25% of their annual recurring revenue.

Requirements

Experience

  • 2\+ years of managing affiliate or partner programs (preferably B2B SaaS).
  • You can show real results you have contributed to, such as revenue, partner growth or activation rates.
  • You have solid business understanding, as you'll act as a business partner to a roster of high-value partners.
  • You have sales experience, as you'll regularly be on calls with prospective partners.

Bonus points

  • You have experience in B2B SaaS.
  • You have worked with partner relationship management platforms like PartnerStack, Impact, or FirstPromoter.
  • You already have existing relationships with a roster of high-performing content publishers.
  • You use AI or automation tools to increase output.

Skills

  • Strong communication. You speak clearly, write well and adjust how you communicate depending on who you are speaking with.
  • Relationship management. You enjoy connecting with people, understand what they need and build trust naturally.
  • Pipeline management. You keep the pipeline active and consistently filled with quality partners.
  • Organized. You can manage multiple partners and tasks without losing control.
  • You understand performance metrics and use them to make better decisions.
  • Problem solver. You do not stay stuck. You find answers, resources or people that move things forward.
  • Solid sales skills. You can open a call, set the agenda, build trust, influence decisions, make an ask, hear "no" without fumbling, handle objections, ask again, and always book meetings from a meeting.

Traits

  • You take initiative. You do not wait to be told what to do.
  • You adapt quickly when things change. They will.
  • You value autonomy and you follow through without needing reminders.
  • You seek feedback, listen to it and give it with honesty and respect.
  • You enjoy a challenge. You see hard things as an opportunity to grow.
  • You move with speed. If something can be done today, you do not push it to the end of the week.

Who this role is NOT for

  • ✗You need hand-holding or a detailed to-do list to start working.
  • ✗You get stressed when priorities change or things move quickly.
  • ✗You take feedback personally or need constant praise.
  • ✗You want a slow, structured corporate job.
  • ✗You don't enjoy being on calls.

Logistics \& Compensation

  • Full-time contractor structure.
  • Remote role. Preferably based in EU or US time zones.
  • Flexible schedule. We care about outcomes, not hours.
  • Base salary $50,000-$60,000 with performance bonuses. On-target earnings: $72,000-$85,000\.

Benefits

  • Autonomy of time and schedule as long as outcomes are delivered.
  • Personal development through real responsibility and challenge.
  • Access to world-known, high-growth SaaS clients.
  • Budget and opportunities for skill development.
  • You work and interact closely with the CEO.

Core Values

Relentless Action

Speed is key. We are proactive, move quickly, take initiative and execute before it is comfortable.

Continuous Challenge

Growth happens through hardship. We choose courage over comfort and push through difficulty together.

Sincere Feedback

Honesty over ego. We ask for feedback, we give it and we use it to get better. Sincere feedback elevates the whole team.

If you want a role where speed is normal, challenge is expected and sincere feedback is constant, you will love it here.
