Business Analyst

We're hiring a

Business/Data Analyst

to join a growing healthcare organisation that's investing heavily in data and analytics. This is a business-facing role where you'll work closely with stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights and support better decision-making.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and optimize

Power BI dashboards

and management reports

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Partner with

stakeholders

to understand reporting needs and translate them into data solutions

• Support process optimization through data-driven insights
• Collaborate with IT on data models, sources, and reporting improvements
• 20% Technical tasks/80% collaborating with stakeholders and driving business improvements

What we're looking for:

• 3\+ years' experience in

Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting

• Strong experience with

Power BI

and

SQL

• Experience developing KPI dashboards and performance reports
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive, analytical, and commercially minded
• Fluent in

Dutch and English

Location:

Utrecht (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
