Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Management Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance or a related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Business Analyst-related occupation.
- Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Management Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance or a related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Business Analyst-related occupation.
- Position requires 4 years of experience in the following:
+ Data analysis and statistical problem solving using SQL, Python, R, Java, or C\+\+
+ Querying and analyzing large datasets
+ Statistical analysis and development of statistical models to draw inferences and identify trends
+ Experimental design, including developing design parameters, sampling strategies, and data collection techniques.
+ Project management for analytical projects involving multiple stakeholders and changing circumstances.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $194,850 - $215,000 \+ bonus \+ equity \+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Utilize data to conduct analysis, architect metrics, and synthesize information to influence business decisions and solve complex problems
- Conduct strategic analysis to optimize business performance, identify new market opportunities, and ensure best-in-class execution within a function
- Design and implement internal and external integrations between business objectives and systems to build strategies that support key company initiatives
- Drive the execution of cross-functional projects by partnering with relevant teams on scoping, management, and problem-solving to generate significant impact
- Improve business processes by managing escalations, providing operational monitoring, analyzing feedback, and driving recommendations through to implementation. Lead complex, high-impact initiatives and respond to ad-hoc data requests to provide analytical support and clear insights for senior leadership
