A Brief Overview
The Senior FP\&A Analyst executes interest rate risk, budgeting and forecasting modeling, while supporting management reporting and variance analysis. The role works closely with business line leaders to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights that drive performance.
What you will do
- Manage interest rate risk model and produce reports for interest rate scenarios.
- Administer planning model and reporting tools to prepare rolling forecast and annual budget.
- Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast; summarize key drivers and present findings to management.
- Produce and distribute monthly management reporting, including income statement, balance sheet, and key performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor line-of-business performance, including liquidity monitoring and reporting.
- Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from senior management and business unit leaders.
Other Qualifications/Requirements
- Familiarity with Asset Liability Model and Planning/Forecasting Model.
- Familiarity with Jack Henry Silverlake core system.
- Familiarity with report writing tools such as Cognos or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and visualizations.
- Bachelor’s Degree Finance or Accounting and Minimum 5 Years Bank or Corporate Finance Preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
