Construction Superintendent

Insight Global is seeking a Superintendent with 5-7 years of commercial construction experience to join our growing Florida operations. The ideal candidate will have experience leading field operations on large-scale commercial projects including Higher Education, Healthcare, Aviation, Science \& Technology, Entertainment, Hospitality, or similar institutional construction projects.

This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day field activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring the highest level of quality throughout construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations from site mobilization through project completion.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and oversee all on-site construction activities.
• Develop and maintain short-interval schedules to support overall project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA, company, and project-specific safety requirements.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, site walks, and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure proper execution of work.
• Monitor productivity, sequencing, manpower, and site logistics.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Trade Partners.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize schedule impacts.
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure work is completed per plans and specifications.
• Assist with project planning, phasing, and turnover activities.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff.

Compensation:

$150,000 to $175,000 per year annual salary.
