Job Description

The Vice President, Head of AI Enablement will lead the strategic adoption of artificial intelligence across business operations. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for automation, improving decision-making through data-driven solutions, and coordinating AI initiatives across technology and business teams. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with executive leadership and change management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's AI adoption strategy
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and operational improvements
• Collaborate with technology, merchandising, supply chain, and business teams
• Establish responsible AI governance and implementation standards
• Oversee AI projects, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
• Guide teams through AI training and organizational change

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in AI strategy, technology leadership, or digital transformation
• Knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, and business automation
• Strong strategic planning and cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience managing enterprise technology initiatives
• Advanced degree or relevant AI certifications preferred
