Location: Remote (US or Canada) \| Full-Time \| Partnerships

Why This Role Exists

Agencies drive a meaningful percentage of new ARR at Salesmsg.

We are hiring an execution-first Partner Manager to own and scale our HubSpot agency and affiliate referral engine.

This is a revenue-producing operator seat focused on:

  • Agency activation
  • Referral velocity
  • Co-sell execution
  • Influenced ARR accountability

This is not a strategic alliances or ecosystem architect role.

You will own a book of partners and be measured on pipeline and revenue impact.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 30–50 agency and affiliate partners
  • Activate new agencies into referral motion within 45 days
  • Drive consistent, repeatable referral generation
  • Maintain structured operating cadence and performance accountability
  • Track partner-sourced and influenced ARR with clean CRM discipline

You will execute inside an existing framework and improve performance through disciplined follow-through.

This is a hands-on operator role.

What You’ll Own

  • Portfolio tiering and prioritization (Elite/Diamond-style agencies preferred)
  • First referral velocity \<45 days
  • Monthly cadence \+ QBRs for top-tier partners
  • Direct referral asks and co-sell alignment with sales
  • Partner-sourced pipeline tracking
  • Outbound recruitment of high-quality agency partners
  • Webinar and co-marketing execution tied directly to opportunity creation
  • Partner pruning when engagement or ROI is insufficient

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Clear tiering model implemented
  • 10\+ agencies actively engaged in referral motion
  • 3–5 net-new referral opportunities generated
  • Measurable partner-influenced pipeline visibility
  • Documented weekly operating rhythm

What You Bring

Required:

  • 3–6 years in SaaS partnerships, channel, agency partnerships, or affiliate management
  • Direct accountability to revenue, quota, or measurable pipeline
  • Experience working with agencies (HubSpot, MarTech, CRM, RevOps, or related ecosystem strongly preferred)
  • Comfort asking for referrals and holding partners accountable
  • Strong CRM hygiene (HubSpot preferred)
  • Ability to run structured cadences across 30\+ external stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Experience inside the HubSpot ecosystem
  • Experience with agency partner programs or reseller motions
  • Familiarity with MarTech or sales technology

Travel:

10–20% (partner events and ecosystem conferences)

Compensation Structure

Base salary \+ variable tied to partner-sourced and influenced revenue performance.

This is a revenue-aligned role.
