We’re supporting a growing digital transformation consultancy as they continue to expand their Agile delivery capability within a high-performing consulting environment. This opportunity offers the chance to work on large-scale digital programmes that combine technology, user-centred design, and agile delivery to create measurable business outcomes. You’ll join multidisciplinary teams delivering modern digital services across complex client environments, helping organisations improve operational efficiency, modernise processes, and create better experiences for users and stakeholders alike.

The Agile Business Analyst Consultant will play a key role in bridging business objectives, user needs, and technical delivery teams across the full product lifecycle within Agile Scrum environments.

Role Highlights

– Support the delivery of complex digital transformation programmes across public and private sector clients

– Work within Agile Scrum teams to translate business requirements and user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria

– Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, architects, designers, and QA teams to shape user-centred digital services

– Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities

– Support end-to-end agile delivery from discovery and design through to development, testing, and release

You Will Need

– Experience working as an Agile Business Analyst within digital product or service delivery environments

– Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies, user-centred design, and iterative delivery approaches

– Experience managing user stories, agile backlogs, requirements gathering, and acceptance criteria using tools such as JIRA

– Understanding of technical concepts including APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, microservices, or legacy architecture

– Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills within fast-paced agile delivery teams
