Agile Coach

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support Agile adoption, enterprise transformation, and continuous improvement across large, complex organizations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Coach, mentor, and guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile transformation

• Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks

• Lead Agile training sessions, workshops, and transformation initiatives

• Promote Agile principles and strengthen cross-functional collaboration

• Implement Agile best practices, tools, and delivery practices

• Leverage Agile metrics and performance data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement

• Support enterprise-wide Agile maturity and cultural transformation

• Partner with teams to align delivery outcomes with business objectives

• Drive organizational change and operational excellence in a consultative capacity

🎯 Required Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

✅ 10\+ years of Agile coaching experience

✅ 5\+ years of software development experience

✅ Proven experience with Agile product transformations in large, complex environments

✅ Hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives

✅ Strong background in change management, organizational design, and cultural transformation

✅ Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and enterprise Agile practices

✅ Agile certification such as ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, CSP, SAFe SPC, or equivalent
