Requirements

Must have

5\+ year´s experience as a Project Manager leading initiatives in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Experienced owning end-to-end delivery of cross-team initiatives with fixed timelines and executive visibility.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum ways of working to effectively collaborate with Scrum-based development teams (not a dedicated team Scrum Master role).

Demonstrated experience managing complex dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple teams and departments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including executive audiences.

Experience working with engineering managers, software development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

Responsabilities

Senior Project Manager with strong experience leading crossteam initiatives in a hybrid Agile environment. This professional has a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models to effectively work with Scrumbased development teams, while applying strong project management discipline to drive initiatives with fixed timelines, dependencies, and executive visibility.

This role excels in coordinating multiteam project initiatives, ensuring alignment across distributed development teams, identifying and managing cross team and cross department dependencies, and maintaining clear communication with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. The ideal profile is proactive, structured, and able to drive clarity and progress across complex initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with engineering managers, business stakeholders, and cross functional teams, including participation in executive level meetings.

Own and lead project and initiative delivery spanning multiple distributed Agile development teams.

Coordinate work and dependencies across up multiple teams and departments.

Respect and align with team level Agile processes without acting as a dedicated Scrum Master for any individual team.

Identify, track, manage, and negotiate crossteam and crossdepartment dependencies to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain a risk and issue log for all assigned initiatives, including mitigation strategies and clear escalation paths.

Proactively remove initiativelevel blockers through coordination, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.

Engage with development managers, business units, and nonIT departments to clarify requirements, secure inputs, and align delivery expectations.

Escalate risks, issues, and decisions to the Program Manager when higherlevel alignment or resolution is required.

Provide structured project status reporting and inputs for program and portfolio level governance.

Prepare materials and contribute to executive level communications and meetings, including status, risks, and delivery outlook.

Monitor changes in scope or requirements and communicate impacts to leadership and stakeholders.
