AI Content Evaluator Appliances Domain

Role Overview

We are seeking an Appliances Domain Specialist to evaluate AI-generated content related to consumer electronics, home appliances, coffee equipment, networking devices, and general

appliance troubleshooting and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Review and rate AI-generated responses covering espresso machines, routers, printers, washing machines, pressure cookers, smart home devices, and other household appliances

• Identify inaccurate troubleshooting advice, missing safety warnings, or technically incorrect explanations

• Assess content accuracy on topics including pressure systems, electrical safety, firmware, Wi-Fi technology, and descaling procedures

• Provide domain-grounded written feedback for each evaluation

Required Qualifications

• 2\+ years of hands-on experience with appliance repair, IT support, home networking, or technical coffee equipment

• Understanding of basic electrical concepts, appliance safety protocols, and common failure modes

• Familiarity with consumer technology troubleshooting (routers, printers, smart devices)

• Strong written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Barista certification or espresso technician experience

• IT support, help desk, or home networking background

• Appliance repair certification or field service technician experience

• OSHA or electrical safety training
