What are we looking for

• ?Minimum of 5 years of direct professional experience in Data Science / Machine Learning projects
• .Proven experience in end-to-end data science / machine learning initiatives, covering data understanding, preparation, modelling, evaluation, and deployment
• .Solid command of data science concepts and principles, especially regarding Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), modelling, and evaluation
• .Proficiency in Python and industry-standard Python data science / ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, Keras, OpenCV, Pandas)
• .Professional experience in data preparation and transformation (e.g., SQL, Pandas)
• .Direct professional experience with cloud infrastructure, with AWS being highly preferred
• .Experience with LLM, RAG, prompt engineering, and Generative AI technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock)
• .Strong fluency (CEFR level C) in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
• .Experience with MLOps solutions (e.g., MLflow, Databricks) is highly valued
• .Professional experience with software engineering best practices and tools (Git, CI/CD, unit testing) is highly valued
