AI Engineer (LLM \& Agentic Systems) - Digital Agency

Location: Oxford Circus, London (Hybrid)

Up to £50,000 salary \+ benefits

A Global Digital Agency is looking for an AI Engineer to join their team, focused on building and deploying practical AI solutions for a range of high-profile clients. They have had a steady stream of small builds and POC/Prototype AI projects over the last year so are looking for an additional AI Engineer to join 1 other Engineer already in place.

The Role

This is a hands-on engineering position where you’ll design and implement AI systems, working with LLMs to create scalable, reliable, and brand-safe applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design agentic workflows and prompt strategies
• Build RAG systems using client data
• Optimise AI performance (latency, token usage, accuracy)
• Develop and deploy AI services using Python
• Evaluate outputs against quality and safety standards

Required Skills \& Experience

• Strong Python and software engineering background
• Experience with LLM APIs and orchestration
• Ability to deliver production-ready AI features

Working Pattern

Hybrid working with 3 days in the office (Tuesday–Thursday) and remote working on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility where needed.
