AI/ML Engineer

London (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

Join a growing AI engineering team building production-grade LLM systems used to solve complex knowledge and workflow challenges. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on agentic AI, RAG and evaluation frameworks in a highly technical, fast-moving environment.

The Role

• Build multi-step AI agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain or similar frameworks
• Develop production RAG pipelines, embeddings and retrieval systems
• Design AI evaluation frameworks and testing infrastructure
• Optimise model performance, reliability, latency and cost
• Build backend services in Python and contribute to cloud-based systems
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction at Lead level

Your Skills \& Experience

• Strong commercial Python engineering experience
• Production LLM or ML systems experience
• Expertise with agent orchestration frameworks
• Strong RAG, vector database and retrieval evaluation knowledge
• Experience with graph-based retrieval or graph data modelling
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
