We're looking for an

AI Engineer

who wants to build the systems that power how the world's content gets made.

🔬 What You'll Work On

This is a frontier role — you'll be researching and shipping, not maintaining and patching.

→ Research and implement state-of-the-art models for image generation, vision understanding, and audio synthesis → Design and optimize the prompt engineering pipeline driving avatar and media generation quality → Build evaluation frameworks to measure generation quality, consistency, and user satisfaction → Integrate with GPU compute infrastructure and optimize inference latency, throughput, and cost → Collaborate with product to translate creative needs into real model capabilities → Stay current with generative AI research and ship improvements fast

✅ What We're Looking For

• 3\+ years working with generative models (diffusion, GANs, transformers, or similar)
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, or deploying image/audio generation models
• Strong Python fundamentals; comfort with PyTorch or JAX
• Experience with prompt engineering, CLIP/vision-language models, and multimodal conditioning
• Familiarity with inference optimization — quantization, batching, caching
• Published research or strong project portfolio in generative AI is a plus

💰 Compensation

$120,000 – $140,000 base salary, depending on experience
