Job Summary

We are seeking an

AI Engineer

to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience within the

Property \& Casualty Insurance

domain.

This role will focus on building enterprise-grade AI assistants, copilots, intelligent agents, and LLM-powered applications using modern AI platforms.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI capabilities aligned with enterprise governance and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered assistants, copilots, and autonomous agents.
• Build and deploy solutions using Databricks Genie, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and related AI platforms.
• Develop and optimize applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector search solutions.
• Design multi-agent workflows and orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and business applications.
• Monitor AI performance, accuracy, governance, and responsible AI controls.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases.
• Support model evaluation, prompt engineering, and AI solution optimization.
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5\+ years of software engineering, machine learning, or AI development experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Databricks Genie
• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• AI Agent Development
• Experience building enterprise AI applications and conversational AI solutions.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and data integration.
• Property \& Casualty Insurance industry experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other enterprise LLM platforms.
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Knowledge of MLOps and AI governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting underwriting, claims, policy servicing, or risk operations.
