Key Details:

Salary

: Both range from $140,000-$215,000 \+ big bonus 20%\+ \+ healthcare allowances \+ several extras

Location

: Remote-based \+ tech hubs in Chicago, Washington DC, Miami, Dallas, TX \& New York (very flexible on travel) \+ London (UK) HQ with opportunities for business (\& pleasure!) travel, and the company hosts monthly prize draws for 5* holidays abroad!

Key Skills \& Technology Experience:

• Artificial Intelligence:

Experience developing AI-powered applications using modern LLMs, Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, or intelligent automation.

• Programming:

Strong Python development skills, with exposure to JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, or Go considered advantageous.

• LLMs:

Experience working with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, or similar enterprise AI platforms.

• AI Frameworks:

Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar orchestration frameworks.

• RAG \& Vector Search:

Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval.

• Machine Learning:

Familiarity with model development, inference, evaluation, prompt engineering, and MLOps principles.

• Cloud Platforms:

Experience building AI solutions within AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Software Engineering:

Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud-native development, CI/CD, and scalable software architecture.

• Data:

Experience working with SQL, NoSQL, structured and unstructured data, modern data pipelines, and AI-ready datasets.

• Collaboration:

Comfortable working alongside Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX teams, and Engineering Leaders within agile environments.

• Innovation:

Passion for emerging AI technologies with the curiosity to continually explore, test, and implement new ideas.

Role Overview:

As an AI Engineer, you'll design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications that combine modern AI, software engineering, and cloud technologies to solve meaningful business challenges.

Working across AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Product, and Cloud Infrastructure, Software Engineering, you'll help transform ideas into production-ready AI solutions that are scalable, secure, and commercially impactful.

You'll be encouraged to experiment with new technologies, contribute fresh ideas, and play an active role in shaping the future direction of the company's AI capability.
