Role Description

The AI Engineering \& Implementation role is a full-time, remote position responsible for turning AI concepts into deployable, production-ready solutions. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing AI-powered systems, integrating models with mechanical and manufacturing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and success metrics. The role involves performing analytical assessments, developing prototypes, running experiments, and optimizing system performance based on data-driven insights. This position also includes managing implementation timelines, documenting technical designs, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment, and supporting ongoing maintenance and improvements of AI solutions in operational environments.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Robust Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance evaluation, and problem-solving in complex systems.
• Project Management experience to plan, coordinate, and deliver AI implementation projects on schedule and within scope.
• Background in Manufacturing Engineering for understanding production workflows, automation, and process optimization.
• Mechanical Engineering knowledge to integrate AI solutions with physical systems, equipment, and hardware constraints.
• Experience with AI/ML engineering (e.g., Python, ML frameworks, Codex, model deployment) is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and integration patterns for building scalable, maintainable AI applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
