Job Description
Role: AI lead
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)
JD: Develop and deploy Azure AI Search solutions integrated with RAG pipelines for intelligent information retrieval.
- Implement and fine-tune Azure OpenAI models (GPT family) for enterprise use cases, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Design and maintain prompt engineering strategies for GPT-based applications.
- Monitor and evaluate AI model performance using Arize AI or similar observability tools, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and reliability.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements
