Role: AI / ML Architect (Automation \& Agentic AI)

Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Architect with a strong data engineering and applied AI background to lead and own automation initiatives across code generation and quality engineering.
- This role requires both deep technical expertise and leadership capability, working closely with engineering, QA, and platform teams to design, build, and scale AI-driven and agentic automation solutions that improve developer productivity, software quality, and testing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead AI-powered automation initiatives across code generation, refactoring, and test automation
- Design and implement Agentic AI systems using modern LLM frameworks and orchestration tools
- Provide technical leadership and direction for AI/ML and agent-based automation initiatives
- Partner with engineering and QA teams to embed AI/ML solutions into development, testing, and CI/CD workflows Drive AI adoption across quality engineering, including test generation, test optimization, and intelligent validation Build, train, fine-tune, and evaluate ML and LLM models using structured and unstructured data
- Apply advanced data engineering and MLOps practices to ensure scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions Define architectural standards, best practices, and governance for AI-driven automation platforms
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML, LLMs, Agentic AI, and QA automation and translate them into practical implementations
- Mentor engineers and influence cross-functional teams on AI, testing, and automation strategies
Required Qualifications
- 12\+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or architecture roles with a strong data-centric background
- Proven experience in technical leadership, architecture ownership, and cross-team collaboration
- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and LLM-based systems
- Hands-on experience applying AI to software engineering and QA automation use cases
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, autonomous systems, and AI orchestration frameworks
- Solid background in quality engineering, testing strategies, or test automation at scale
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow Experience working with large datasets, data pipelines, and feature engineering Strong knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management in production
- Background in software engineering, DevOps, or CI/CD automation environments
- Experience defining and implementing AI governance, security, and compliance best practices
