Role Summary

The ideal candidate will design, build, and operationalize AI and machine learning solutions for enterprise clients at ARA's Client. They will work on the full solution lifecycle, ensuring quality and reliability of deployed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate real-world problems into practical, efficient, and scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions
• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms, models, and computational systems
• Design and build scalable data pipelines to support model training and production
• Customize and apply Deep Learning and Gen AI models for various use cases
• Engage in research and development of new AI algorithms and models
• Work with large-scale datasets and utilize data preprocessing techniques
• Implement and maintain efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve end-to-end project goals

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience as a machine learning engineer or scientist
• Experience deploying models in production at scale
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks
• Experience with distributed computing systems and architecture
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with language models and optimizing their usage
• Experience with programming languages like C\+\+, Java, R, SQL
• MS or PhD in a related field preferred
