For one of our key clients in the Netherlands, we are looking for an

AI Platform Engineer

to join a central AI platform team responsible for the capabilities that power AI initiatives across a large organisation. This is a high-leverage role — the infrastructure and services you build don't serve one team, they serve all of them.

What you'll do

• Contribute to and evolve central AI platform capabilities used by AI teams across the organisation.
• Build and maintain scalable, reliable platform services that underpin AI engineering at scale.
• Support the broader AI community with hands-on AI engineering guidance, tooling, and best practices.

What we're looking for

• Strong Python skills — this is your primary working language.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks in a production environment.
• A solid background in AI engineering — you understand how models move from experimentation to production and what it takes to support that journey at scale.
• A platform mindset: you build for others, think in reusability, and care about reliability as much as features.

Nice to have

• Experience working in large enterprise or financial services environments.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tooling.
• Experience supporting or enabling AI communities of practice.
