Job Summary

We are looking for talented AI Robotics Engineers to join our global R\&D team in Hangzhou. You will be responsible for developing and deploying core AI and robot technologies, supporting our intelligent manufacturing and global product innovation. This role is open to outstanding candidates from around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI perception, motion planning, control, and manipulation algorithms for robotic systems.
  • Build and optimize machine learning / deep learning models for robot vision, 3D perception, and scene understanding.
  • Develop and integrate robot software architecture, including ROS/ROS2, simulation, deployment, and real-world testing.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software, product) to deliver reliable and high-performance robotic solutions.
  • Track state-of-the-art technologies in robotics, embodied AI, large models, and automation, and drive technology innovation and landing in industrial scenarios.
  • Support global product development, technical documentation, and intellectual property output.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Automation, AI, Mechatronics or related fields.
  • Strong foundation in robot kinematics, dynamics, motion planning, control theory or machine learning.
  • Proficiency in Python / C\+\+ and common robotics development tools (ROS, Gazebo, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, etc.).
  • Experience in robot perception, autonomous systems, humanoid robots, collaborative robots or industrial robotics is highly preferred.
  • Good English communication skills; international experience or overseas background is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, passion for robotics, and ability to work in a global team.
