Job Description:

Intrinsic is looking for a skilled and self-motivated AI/ML Architect that is passionate about building new products and loves to exceed the expectations of customers. As an AI/ML Architect you will be supporting the development of modern software applications. Working closely with some of the most capable end users and software engineers on the planet. This is a significant opportunity to implement a product from the ground up and work closely with assembled experts on a dedicated and talented team. As a team member, you will:

  • Serve as a key advisor on AI to Intrinsic senior leadership and project managers
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models and systems
  • Document software development processes and architectures
  • Collaborate with Intrinsic developers to guide them on AI implementation processes and best practices
  • Participate in team agile ceremonies and sprints
  • Develop AI solutions and plug ins for modern simulation environments
  • Write compelling technical documentation and proposals that connect with company internal and external audiences
  • Work closely with the Intrinsic Project Manager, Chief Technology Officer, and team Scrum Master to assure project milestones are being delivered on time and exceeding client expectations
  • Work on a dynamic, adaptable, and high performing team
  • Dive in and rapidly grow your skills with the latest technology

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with Python, C\+\+, and/or Tableau
  • Familiarity with modern integrated development environments such as Visual Studio
  • 5\+ years of AI/ML development experience
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills
  • 3\+ years of relevant experience on an Agile software development team
  • Experience building, testing and deploying software
  • Experience with Git in a team environment
  • Desire and interest to learn and grow outside core job requirements
  • US Citizenship

Preferred qualifications:

  • DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance
  • Technical writing experience including user manuals, proposals, project documentation, etc.
  • Experience utilizing DoD modeling and simulation environments, NGTS, AFSIM, JSE, etc.
  • Experience building and shipping products
  • Hardware-in-the-loop simulation experience
  • Experience writing technical guides and proposals
  • Experience working with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches and best practices, such as Extreme Programming (XP)
  • Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed

Pay:

$125,000\.00 - $180,000\.00 per year
