About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support our strategic decision-making processes. Your expertise will help optimize healthcare operations, improve patient outcomes, and enhance overall service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, healthcare systems, and a passion for leveraging data to drive meaningful improvements in healthcare services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable reports and dashboards, ensuring that key stakeholders are equipped with accurate and timely information to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. Proven experience in healthcare data analysis, with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex data sets are required. Familiarity with healthcare regulations, coding systems (ICD, CPT), and electronic health records (EHR) systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate a proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

Analyze healthcare data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key insights to stakeholders.

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Support quality improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports to track progress and outcomes.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in healthcare analytics and data management.

Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery and operational efficiency.
