Alabama School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (remote)

TalkPath Live partners with schools to provide teletherapy services to students, during school hours, and is currently hiring a licensed and experienced speech language pathologist on a contractual (1099 position) basis. We seek a provider who has the flexibility to start with a small caseload with the opportunity for growth as referrals are made. This position is for the remainder of this school year and potential for the 2026-2027 school year as well.

#### Basic Qualifications:

• Therapists should be independent, creative, flexible, and comfortable working on their own computers from home
• Excellent communication skills via email and phone
• Full licensure in your state of residence, allowing independent clinical practice
• Full licensure in state(s) where TPL is hiring, or willingness to become licensed
• Department of Education credential (or willingness to obtain) in states where required
• Functional understanding of electronic devices
• A reliable Internet connection and a private space or office, free from distractions, in which to practice

#### Preferred, but not required:

• Experience with schoolbased practice
• Experience providing remote, virtual services
