Amazon PPC Specialist – Up to $80,000 – Clearwater, FL:

R2 have partnered with a leading sporting goods company in Clearwater, Florida, who are looking to hire a driven and experienced Amazon PPC Specialist to join their growing eCommerce team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital advertising, data-driven decision-making, and scaling performance across Amazon marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Amazon advertising and marketplace management, with proven experience driving growth through strategic PPC campaign management. You will play a key role in optimising ad performance, improving ROI, and supporting the company’s continued expansion across Amazon.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising a range of Amazon advertising channels, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams to develop strategies around keyword targeting, bid management, campaign structure, and budget allocation, ensuring strong performance and continued revenue grow

What they’re looking for:

• Strong background in eCommerce, ideally within consumer goods, retail, or marketplace-focused businesses
• Deep expertise using Amazon Seller Central, with a strong understanding of marketplace operations and performance metrics
• Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, keyword research, bidding strategies, budget management, and reporting
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make performance-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
