We seek a

BI Analyst Jr/Mid-Level

You’ll play a key role in crafting ideas that move culture and drive business, blending creativity, media, and AI to make an impact that lasts.

In this role, you’ll help transform data into powerful narratives that guide creative and media decisions, working at the intersection of social intelligence, performance, and innovation.

You will be part of our

Marketing Services

team, supporting major clients in the

Gaming and Retail industries

, in a fast-paced, creative, and innovation-driven environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Data Storytelling \& Reporting

Transform raw data into clear dashboards, reports, and presentations, generating actionable insights for campaigns and Always On strategies.

  • Social Performance Analysis

Monitor and analyze social media KPIs and conversion metrics, identifying user behavior patterns to optimize content and media strategies.

  • Market Intelligence \& Trends

Leverage social listening data alongside business metrics to anticipate trends and validate content opportunities identified by the team.

  • Campaign Optimization

Collaborate with Media and Creative teams to run A/B tests and attribution analysis, improving campaign performance and ROI.

  • Data Structuring

Ensure data integrity across platforms through proper tagging, taxonomy, and tracking implementations.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Community Managers, Strategy, and Media teams to place data at the core of creative decision-making.

What will help you succeed:

  • Previous experience in BI, preferably in agencies or marketing consultancies
  • Experience with social listening and intelligence tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Stilingue, Buzzmonitor)
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Knowledge of analytics and ads platforms (Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Familiarity with social performance tools (e.g., Emplifi, Sprout Social)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good written communication skills
  • English (Basic to Intermediate)

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with Gaming and/or Retail clients
  • Background in Marketing Services, Social, or Digital agencies
  • Knowledge of social media best practices
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
  • A curious mindset: someone who goes beyond reporting and questions the “why” behind the data
  • Spanish (Intermediate)
