Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Apartment Maintenance Technician located in Charlotte, NC. The technician will handle routine property maintenance, perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment functionality, and efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. The role includes responding to resident service requests, conducting inspections, maintaining safety standards, and completing necessary repairs to uphold the property’s high standards. Collaboration with the property management team is integral to ensure seamless operations and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Experience in Maintenance \& Repair and Industrial Maintenance
• An ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to operate with safety, efficiency, and professionalism
• Working knowledge of tools and equipment related to the role
• Previous experience in apartment or property maintenance is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; related certifications are advantageous
