As a Workerbee:

You will help solve complex problems and bring real value to companies through hands-on expertise in designing, building, and scaling enterprise API platforms and integration architectures.

What our customers need help with:

• Designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs that support scalable product architectures.
• Implementing API management platforms such as Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft, or AWS API Gateway.
• Establishing API governance, documentation standards, and versioning practices.
• Improving API performance and reliability through monitoring, caching, and rate-limiting strategies.
• Supporting internal and external developer ecosystems through developer portals and API documentation.

What stands out amongst top talent:

• Strong experience building scalable API platforms used across multiple products or services.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI specifications and automated API documentation tools.
• Experience implementing API security including OAuth, JWT authentication, and access control policies.
