This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that the applications developed are efficient, reliable, and tailored to support organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, refining application features, and ensuring seamless integration within existing systems to enhance overall business performance.

Roles \& Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.

Professional \& Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents \& Workflow Integration.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in integrating AI-driven agents within complex workflows to automate business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with modern development tools and environments to support application configuration and deployment.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AI Agents \& Workflow Integration.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
