About the Role

We are looking for an

AI-Powered Application Developer

to build intelligent internal applications that enhance how teams work across the organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with stakeholders from sales, operations, finance, service, and management to understand workflows and develop AI-driven tools that solve real business problems.

From intelligent document processing to embedded copilots and workflow automation, you’ll create solutions that reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and streamline operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for a developer who enjoys both the technical side of building with AI/LLMs and the product-thinking side of understanding user needs and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered internal applications and workflow tools
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify repetitive or time-consuming processes that can be improved using AI
• Build and integrate LLM-powered features such as:
• Prompt engineering
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Structured outputs
• Tool/function calling
• Develop scalable full-stack applications using Python and TypeScript (or similar technologies)
• Integrate business systems and APIs including Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, databases, and internal platforms
• Prototype, test, and iterate quickly based on user feedback
• Ensure secure handling of internal and sensitive business data

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience
• Experience building internal tools or business applications used in production environments
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into applications
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript (or similar)
• Experience building full-stack web applications
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and enterprise tools/platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Product mindset with the ability to identify and solve meaningful business problems
• Practical understanding of when AI is the right solution—and when simpler approaches work better

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI copilots, chat interfaces, or agentic workflows
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or Temporal
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, OCR, and document processing
• Background in operations engineering, RPA, or process automation
• Understanding of data privacy, access control, and responsible AI practices
• Experience with rapid prototyping and user research

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 6 months, you will have delivered at least one AI-powered internal tool that significantly reduces manual work for a business team.

Within the first year, you’ll establish repeatable patterns for shipping AI applications internally and become a trusted technology partner across the organization.
