Job Description

The Role
- Ensure stable, secure, and highly available operation of control systems throughout their lifecycle.
- Coordinate changes, maintenance, and releases for technical control systems, minimising operational impact.
- Responsible for monitoring, logging, incident analysis, as well as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Manage and coordinate external service providers and manufacturers, including testing and acceptance.
- Contribute to the selection and introduction of new control systems, focusing on operability, integration, and security.
- Advise technical departments on the operational use of control systems and assess technological developments.
What You'll Need
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in application management across the entire lifecycle.
- Solid knowledge in planning, organising, and leading software releases.
- Experience managing external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking, strong customer orientation, and a sense of responsibility.
- Independent, structured work ethic combined with clear communication and teamwork skills.
