to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise. This role requires deep hands-on development expertise, strong scripting abilities, and the capability to translate business needs into scalable, high-performing platform solutions.

đź› Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and convert business requirements into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Design and develop
custom applications
, platform extensions, and custom logic
- Build and configure
Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs
- Design and automate workflows using
Flow Designer
, including Flow Actions and Subflows
- Develop and maintain
integrations
using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
- Lead or support new
module implementations
and enhancements—primarily in ITSM and related areas
- Adhere to ServiceNow
best practices
, coding standards, and performance optimization guidelines
- Support all phases of testing, deployment, and post-production activities
- Collaborate closely with architects, functional consultants, and cross-functional business stakeholders
🎯 Required Skills \& Experience
- Strong, proven experience as a
ServiceNow Developer
- Deep expertise in
JavaScript
,
Glide API
, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks
- Solid hands-on experience with
Business Rules, customizations, and custom development
- Strong proficiency in
Flow Designer
, workflow automation, and orchestration
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining
REST/SOAP integrations
and IntegrationHub spokes
- Experience implementing or enhancing ITSM/ITOM (IT Operations Management) and other ServiceNow modules
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow
data model, access security, and performance considerations
- Mandatory Certification:
ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer)
OR
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
