Lead Architectural Photography Editor (Director of Post-Production)
Location: Remote (U.S. required \| AZ or Southern California a plus)
Type: Full-Time / Long-Term Partnership

The Role
This is NOT a production editor role.
We are looking for someone to lead our entire post-production team including leadership, workflow management, quality control, and finalization operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of editors (in-house \+ outsourced)
- Oversee daily workflow: file intake → editing → delivery
- Assign and track projects to ensure deadlines are always met
- Maintain and elevate editing style consistency
- Build and refine SOPs and workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and improve speed \+ quality
- Perform final quality control on all delivered galleries
- Collaborate with photographers to improve shooting-for-edit efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in architectural / real estate photo editing
- Advanced Photoshop skills
- Strength in motivating, communicating and leading a team
- Strong eye for detail
- Organized and deadline-driven
- Process-oriented mindset (systems \> chaos)
- Experience with luxury builders or designers
- Built or improved workflows at scale
- Understands how visuals impact sales \+ branding
