Job Description

We’re looking for an Art Director who knows how to turn cultural relevance into creative that people actually want to engage with.

This is an opportunity to work on high-visibility beverage brands, developing ideas that live across social, digital, experiential, and broader campaign touchpoints. You’ll play a hands-on role in both concept development and content creation, partnering with writers, strategists, and social teams to make work that is timely, visually sharp, and built for today’s audience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop creative concepts for campaigns, social content, and brand activations
  • Create work designed for social first, with extensions into digital, experiential, and other channels
  • Respond quickly to timely trends and cultural moments with brand-relevant creative
  • Capture and produce photo and video content, including editing and post-production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape content strategies for organic and paid social
  • Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal leaders and stakeholders
  • Oversee multiple assignments at once while maintaining strong creative standards and attention to detail

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in an art direction role
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • A portfolio that shows strong social and digital thinking
  • Hands-on capabilities across shooting, editing, retouching, and design/layout
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience creating sizzles and social-forward creative
  • Deep awareness of trends in entertainment, sports, gaming, and emerging platforms
  • Ability to turn strategy into compelling visual storytelling
  • Interest in using generative AI as part of the creative process
  • Must be 21\+
