Job Description

🎨 About SRV Media

SRV Media is a

full-service digital agency

with a sharp edge in

performance marketing

. From brand building to paid campaigns, we do it all and we do it with creative that's built to perform. Our work spans strategy, creative, media buying, and content for some of India's most ambitious brands.

We don't just make things look good. We make things

work

.

About the Role

We're looking for an

Art Director

who can bridge the gap between stunning design and performance-driven creative. You'll lead the visual direction of campaigns — from big brand ideas to thumb-stopping ad creatives — while guiding a team of designers to deliver work that's both beautiful and built to convert.

This is a role for someone who thinks in concepts, executes with precision, and understands that in a performance-first world,

great design has to earn its place

.

What You'll Do

  • Own the visual direction across brand campaigns, paid ads, social media, landing pages, emailers, and video
  • Translate briefs into compelling creative concepts that align with both brand identity and performance goals
  • Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and motion artists
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, performance strategists, and account teams to develop integrated creative
  • Review and maintain quality across all design output — from concept to final asset
  • Develop visual systems, brand guidelines, and creative frameworks for clients
  • Drive ideation in pitches, brainstorms, and client presentations
  • Stay ahead of design trends, platform-specific creative best practices, and ad format innovations

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 years

of design experience with

at least 1–2 years in an Art Director or Senior Designer role

  • Agency experience

strongly preferred

  • Strong conceptual thinking — ability to go from a blank brief to a big idea
  • Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and

Figma

  • Solid understanding of

digital-first design

— social, display, paid media, web

  • Experience designing for

performance campaigns

— Meta ads, Google display, D2C brand assets

  • Eye for typography, layout, colour, and motion
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
