Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Art Director partners with creative leadership to conceptualize and direct the visual output of brand and campaign work, establishing visual language and helping set the tone while guiding execution from concept through delivery. This role also drives the visual concept and direction of deliverables, collaborating closely with writers, producers, and designers to ensure work is on-brief, on-brand, and craft-forward.

*Candidates with B2B and Tech client experience preferred

JOB DUTIES

Creative Direction \& Brand Stewardship

  • Lead visual concepting and art direction for branding, integrated campaigns, and always-on content across digital, social, web, presentations, and select print.
  • Translate strategy into scalable visual systems, toolkits, and templates.
  • Establish and maintain brand consistency while elevating craft.
  • Set visual storytelling and narrative direction.

Concepting \& Design Execution

  • Produce and/or direct high-quality design across formats.
  • Develop mood boards, visual territories, and style frames.
  • Own projects end-to-end from concept through delivery.

Collaboration \& Leadership

  • Partner with Copy, Strategy, Production, and channel owners.
  • Present work clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
  • Mentor designers and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and production readiness.

*Bonus if you have experience with Motion / Animation / Editing and can collaborate with motion and post teams on animation style and visual storytelling

Qualifications (Required)

  • 8\+ years of professional experience in design and branding.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and campaign work.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and print fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Motion, animation, or editing experience (After Effects / Premiere).
  • Familiarity with Figma and collaborative design systems.
