Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer based near Springfield, MA. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will be responsible for developing AI models and algorithms, building and training neural networks, implementing natural language processing (NLP) systems, and designing innovative software solutions. Additionally, responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI solutions and conducting research to stay at the forefront of AI advancements.

Qualifications

  • Deliver expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and mission readiness.
  • Provide end-to-end artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for Civil Engineering, including the design, development, testing, training, and deployment of custom AI models to enhance the efficiency of processes.
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis, machine learning model training, and predictive modeling to derive actionable insights from structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and risk mitigation strategies to ensure the safe deployment and sustainment of AI applications.
  • Follow all applicable compliance standards and emerging AI governance frameworks.
  • Strong foundation in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with the ability to design and train robust models.
  • Proficiency in Computer Science concepts and Software Development, with expertise in programming languages such as Python or Java.
  • Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and implementing AI models for language-based applications.
  • Ability to conduct research and stay updated with advancements in AI and related technologies.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience implementing AI applications in real-world settings is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate.
